Overview of an integrated plant:
Sponge Iron Plant 2 kiln, each with production capacity of 30000 TPA

Sponge iron plant is the foremost wing of integration in A.S. Saluja group of companies. Here 60-65% of crude iron ore is processed and reduced directly at high temperature of 750-1050oC to produce sponge iron with metallization characteristics of 85-95% iron content.

Induction Furnace (160 TPD)

The second stage of integration is induction furnace where obtained sponge iron along with scrap iron are treated at more than 1500oC in controlled atmosphere to produce ingot.

Rolling Mill (200 TPD)

The ingots are then shifted to re-heating furnace to make it suitable for re-rolling, where the reliable product SALUJATM GOLD designed and manufactured.
